Needs Analysis
Prior to departure our consultant will communicate with the family or individual to discuss their specific requirements, arranging for them to complete our needs analysis questionnaire, answer any questions and give reassurance that arrangements will be in place for their arrival in NZ.
Short Term Accommodation
Woburn International Consultant pre-screens and books this for transferees to meet their specific requirements, also leaving a welcome gift, such as a fruit bowl or flowers in the apartment or hotel.
Transferees are accompanied to inspections of short-term accommodation options, if they wish to make their own choice of hotel or apartment.
Area Overview
This is a tour of the city, suburbs and environs and includes residential areas, vantage points, places of interest and a general orientation of the city and suburbs. During this tour information is provided on each area visited, such as schools, transportation/commuting times, local shops, amenities, sports clubs, and churches. A highlighted map is given to transferees, so they can follow the route taken, to facilitate their orientation of the city.
This tour can incorporate sample property and school inspections, if required and time permits. It is often carried out during a preliminary visit, enabling transferees to identify their preferred residential areas, styles of houses, and appropriate price range.
