Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.  Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will have the following:

Job Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant and front-line reception duties
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and PC’s
  • Excellent IT SKILLS, in particular MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Word.  Strong familiarity with IT data base client management systems.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability with resourcefulness and proactive when issues arise

Licensed Immigration Advisor/Specialist

Excellent opportunity to join a very well respected private immigration company in the Wellington region, working with people across the globe. We are looking for an experienced and Licensed Immigration Advisor to take a key role in our progressive and industry leading company. You will have excellent knowledge and experience with current NZ immigration policy and processes, plus the business acumen required to be successful in the private sector. As part of our close team you will be working with individuals and companies directly and in conjunction with our global partners.

Reporting to the Owner and CEO this full time role requires:
  • 3-5 years immigration experience
  • Computer savvy and proficient in IT and usual well known programs
  • A team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Acute cultural awareness and understanding
  • Communications skills second to none
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • An organised and structured approach to your work
  • The ability to multitask
  • A genuine care and commitment to your clients
  • Proven ability to build excellent relationships
  • Passion for New Zealand and the industry
  • Hold a current license from the Immigration Advisors Authority and/or 3-5 years experience and the willingness and ability to obtain a license.
